Royal Mail Signed For is preferred and other trusted couriers are used to deliver the goods within the UK. No responsibility will be taken for an item signed for by someone other than the addressee or for items left in a safe place.

FREE DELIVERY if offered for all UK mainland shipments. 

International delivery for bags is £16.78, for cushions please contact before you order with full postal address so that we can provide and agree shipping information. Customs or Import duties for your destination country will not be included.

If you are not happy with your cushion or bag please contact us within 14 days to arrange its return and refund. It should be returned unused, in original packaging and at your own expense. As the item will be your responsibility until it reaches Squealy and Boo we recommend that you have proof of postage and use a service that insures you for the full value of the returned goods.

Returns on bespoke items specifically made at your request are not accepted.
